Switchfin new open source telephony uClinux/Asterisk based distribution.
Thursday, 11 February 2010 14:20

Switchfin is a branch of Astfin (astfin.org) telephony uClinux/Asterisk based open source distribution.

Why this project was created? Well at the beginning of 2010 our team had become one of the major contributors for Astfin 2.1 project.
Astfin project father Mark however has shared with us that he wants Astfin to migrate a bit out of telephony area, which is not exactly
what we see its future.
We want to work on purely telephony oriented open source project and that's why we have created SwitchFin.
Lets wish SwitchFin to become useful peace in the global open source society.

Home page of the project is switchfin.org

Stable releases you can check out from our SVN tags repository https://switchfin.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/switchfin/switchfin/tags

If you need latest and greatest you may consider testing the Switchfin trunk.
